Accordingly, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province assigned the Provincial Red Cross Society to organize and launch the "Humanitarian Tet" movement in the Spring of Giap Thin - 2024 to ensure widespread implementation in the area, effectively and practically, truly an opportunity for all people to promote the tradition of "Mutual love and support" to join hands to take care of Tet for the poor, people in difficult circumstances, people infected with Agent Orange, people with disabilities...

The Provincial People's Committee also requested that the implementation of the movement avoids overlapping in resource mobilization, avoids duplication or omission of beneficiaries. The organization of Tet gift giving must be solemn, public, transparent, and directed to the right recipients...

Provincial departments, branches, sectors, associations and unions coordinate with the Provincial Red Cross Society to propagate and mobilize cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers... to actively respond to the movement; coordinate to help and create conditions for Red Cross Societies at all levels to successfully implement the "Humanitarian Tet" movement in the Spring of Giap Thin - 2024.

The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities are responsible for directing relevant departments and offices, the People's Committees of communes, wards and towns to coordinate with the Red Cross Society at the same level to participate in propaganda and mobilize cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers, etc. to respond to the movement, contributing to showing concern and care for the poor, people in difficult circumstances, and vulnerable people with the motto "No poor or disadvantaged person does not receive Tet gifts".

At the same time, encourage and motivate organizations, individuals, businesses, philanthropists, etc. to participate in supporting the movement in the locality; direct the organization of Tet gift giving by the Red Cross to ensure the right recipients.
