Quang Nam builds action plan to promote tourism development

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and localities to advise the Provincial People's Committee to develop a specific action plan for the province to carry out the tasks assigned in Official Dispatch No. 34 dated April 10, 2025 of the Prime Minister .

According to functions and tasks, strengthen comprehensive state management of tourism and management of tourist destinations in the area.

At the same time, promote propaganda on civilized tourist behavior in tourist areas and spots, ensure security and order, environmental sanitation, food safety, list prices and sell at the right price, and prevent stalking and scamming tourists.

Establish and publicize a multilingual hotline to receive and handle tourists' feedback, promptly inspect, detect, prevent and strictly handle violations of the law in the tourism sector.

Restaurants must accept electronic payments initiated from cash registers. If they fail to do so, their licenses will be revoked or their business will be banned. They must promptly report and advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct and resolve the issue according to their authority and legal regulations.
