BPTV and Eastern College sign media cooperation agreement

Eastern College was established in 1978. After many name changes and upgrades, in 2008, the school was named Rubber Industry College. On August 21, 2024, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs decided to change the name of Rubber Industry College to Eastern College. The school's name change is to meet the need for training human resources to serve the development orientation of the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group, not only in the rubber sector but also in many sectors and fields for the Southeast region and the whole country.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Principal Bui Dinh Ninh provided more information about the training majors at college, intermediate, primary, and short-term training levels. The school focuses on 5 groups: Technical Technology, Information Technology, Economics - Management - Finance and Banking, Agriculture, and Rubber. Especially for the rubber industry and profession group, Eastern College is proud to be the only school in the country that specializes in this field. Vice Principal Bui Dinh Ninh emphasized: Over the past time, impressed and highly appreciative of the development process and achievements that BPTV has achieved, the unit hopes to cooperate with BPTV to improve propaganda and promote enrollment.

In the coming time, with the existing advantages and in the spirit of responsibility, BPTV will strive to convey more diverse and in-depth information about the school, effectively implementing the cooperation contents between the two units.

At the signing ceremony, the two sides discussed and agreed on the orientations on content and methods of propaganda. The two units determined that coordination work would be carried out regularly and continuously. Accordingly, propaganda content will be published on all four types of press and digital infrastructure of BPTV.
