The drill was conducted in a hypothetical situation where the storm's circulation caused heavy rain and strong winds, tilting power pole No. 45/10/5 (DD475DRL2). The wires were loose and touched each other, causing an accident and power outage at a transformer station in village 7, Kien Thanh commune.
