The Military Medical Department regularly directs units to perform well the task of ensuring military medicine, strengthening the work of preventing and fighting epidemics, diseases, preventing and fighting sunstroke, heatstroke, and food safety and hygiene. Organize health check-ups for 100% of the forces participating in parades and marches when recruited; closely monitor, manage and implement measures to improve the health of soldiers. At the same time, direct military hospitals and military medical units to ensure regular emergency care and medical examination and treatment during the performance of tasks; direct relevant agencies and units to carry out activities to be ready to respond to situations; carry out training, education, ensure medicine, supplies and military medical equipment.

The Petroleum Department directs units to proactively ensure sufficient quantity and quality of petroleum, petroleum equipment and supplies in training, synthesis, preliminary review, final rehearsal and official duties; strictly comply with regulations on receiving, distributing, preserving, using, paying, settling, preventing and fighting fires and explosions. Coordinate with the Military Security Department to organize inspection, testing, and sealing of fuel tanks of vehicles to ensure petroleum safety in performing tasks.

The Barracks Department directs units to organize and consolidate barracks to ensure adequate accommodation, tools, living utensils, electricity and water for the forces participating in the A80 mission in each phase. Concluding the conference, Lieutenant General Tran Minh Duc requested agencies to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the directives and documents of superiors; proactively develop plans to ensure HC - KT to perform task A80 and submit them to competent authorities for approval. At the same time, continue to coordinate, direct and guide units to fully and promptly ensure all aspects of HC - KT for forces performing task A80.

The Chief of the General Department of Personnel and Technical Services also assigned the General Staff to coordinate with specialized departments to organize working groups to directly visit clusters and areas to direct and monitor the work of ensuring personnel and technical services; the Quartermaster Department should soon complete the uniform samples used for some forces participating in parades and marches to submit to the relevant levels for approval.
