QNgTV- Implementing Decision 3389/QD-BTC of the Ministry of Finance on the Plan "60 peak days of converting the lump-sum tax model to declaration for business households" of the Tax Department, Quang Ngai Provincial Tax has deployed a program to accompany business households in the plan to convert the lump-sum tax model to declaration.

Quang Ngai Provincial Tax Department has organized a "Signing Ceremony in coordination to support business households in converting from lump-sum tax to declaration model" with solution providers such as Viettel, Mobifone, VNPT, Misa , Soft Dreams to support business households in converting in the shortest time, most effectively with the most optimal cost. Accordingly, Quang Ngai Provincial Tax Department commits to accompany and fully support business households in the area to successfully convert from lump-sum tax to declaration model. With the motto "holding hands to show work", Quang Ngai Provincial Tax Department ensures that all difficulties and problems of business households are received and handled promptly on the spot and are resolved within 24 hours.

Specifically, during the 60 peak days, the entire Quang Ngai Tax Department will focus all its efforts on synchronously implementing many groups of tasks and solutions. In particular, propaganda, support and guidance for business households are considered the top key tasks.

Along with that, Quang Ngai Provincial Tax will coordinate with the province's press and radio agencies to build a propaganda column on the benefits of switching from the contract method to declaration; design and print leaflets, banners, and mobile loudspeakers to help taxpayers understand clearly, be proactive and confident in the transition process.

In the coming time, the Tax Department will organize propaganda conferences, inviting all business households in the area to attend to directly exchange, guide and answer questions. At markets, shopping centers and key areas, the tax authority will arrange for tax officials to be present regularly to promptly propagate, support, advise and answer questions for taxpayers. In particular, the Tax Department will coordinate with the Provincial Youth Union to promote the role of the Youth Union in spreading propaganda information through social networking platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, Fanpage, TikTok, Tax Department's Electronic Information Page to diversify many forms of information access for business households. Currently, the Quang Ngai Provincial Tax Office has announced a support hotline and established a Zalo online group operating 24/7, including representatives of civil servants of functional departments and Tax Departments, ensuring that all difficulties and problems of business households are received and handled promptly on the spot/new cases will be handled within 24 hours. The work of preparing a database of business households is also being carried out accurately and urgently.
