According to Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung, from now until the end of the year, Quang Ninh will organize a series of unique cultural, sports and tourism events. These activities aim to enrich tourism products, creating highlights to attract domestic and foreign tourists, especially during the Autumn - Winter tourist season.
Mr. Dung emphasized that this is a concrete step in the strategy to develop a cultural industry rich in Quang Ninh's identity. This strategy is linked to the heritage economy , night-time economy and urban economy in the spirit of the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Party Congress.
The first highlight in the series of events is the Ha Long Concert 2025 with the theme "Heritage Spirit, Bright Future". The organizers said the Concert is an artistic journey telling the story of the land and people of Quang Ninh . The event is expected to attract more than 30,000 live audiences and millions of viewers via television and digital platforms.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province, preparations were carried out seriously and professionally, ensuring safety at all stages.

Along with the concert, the Quang Ninh OCOP Fair - Autumn Winter 2025 will take place from October 28 to November 3, 2025 at the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace. This is an event to celebrate the 62nd anniversary of the province's founding and the 89th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Mining Workers - Coal Industry. The fair aims to promote OCOP products, typical agricultural products and typical industrial products of localities.
Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Quang Ninh province, said that this year's fair has 160 booths. Of which, 70 booths display OCOP products of Quang Ninh, along with 90 booths from provinces and cities across the country.
The organizers affirmed that this year’s fair has been strongly innovated in terms of content. The event not only displays and introduces products but also integrates folk performances and regional cultural exchanges.
According to the message, the Quang Ninh OCOP Fair - Autumn Winter 2025 not only contributes to the consumption of local products but also affirms the brand of Quang Ninh as a dynamic and creative destination. These two large-scale events are a testament to the province's strategic vision in developing cultural industry, tourism economy and night-time economy.
