According to the report of the Party Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the whole province is expected to have 31 projects started and 6 projects inaugurated.
Along with determining the list of projects, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee has directed the Provincial People's Committee to continue directing departments, branches, sectors, project investors, and local People's Committees to develop plans to launch and implement emulation movements for each registered project and work.
At the same time, proactively direct, strengthen inspection and supervision of progress and responsibilities of investors, contractors and related units to speed up the progress of projects and works; advise on resolving difficulties and problems related to investment preparation procedures and construction implementation process.
At the conference, Mr. Vu Dai Thang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province suggested that the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee continue to review investment projects in the area, on that basis, supplement the list of projects that can start construction on the occasion of September 2. The spirit is to make the highest efforts and determination to speed up the progress of investment projects.
In addition to the planned projects, it is necessary to focus on urging and removing difficulties and obstacles to be able to start large, dynamic projects, projects related to science and technology development, digital transformation, especially for large-scale non-budget investment projects.
Thereby, meeting the Prime Minister's direction on starting and inaugurating projects on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day; at the same time, realizing the goal of disbursing public investment capital, promoting economic growth in the area, Mr. Vu Dai Thang emphasized.
