Opening of Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week 2025

NDO - On the evening of May 12, at the Sun Urban City Festival Square in Phu Ly city, the People's Committee of Ha Nam province held the opening ceremony of Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week 2025.

Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week 2025 includes a series of activities: "Brilliant Ha Nam" art program; high-altitude fireworks display; World Trilathon Cup and National Trilathon Championship 2025; Ha Nam province tourism development investment promotion conference 2025; "Brilliant Summer" street carnival 2025; Thematic exhibition "Ha Nam through history" and "Quintessence of Ha Nam antiques"; Scientific seminar Promoting the value of cultural heritage in the hometown of writer Nam Cao associated with sustainable tourism development; Model workshop "Developing rural tourism associated with experiencing traditional craft villages in Ha Nam province".

At the ceremony, comrade Le Hai Binh, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, presented the decisions to recognize three national treasures and two national relics to Ha Nam province.

Three national treasures include: Vu Ban bronze drum, currently kept at Ha Nam Provincial Museum; 6 Kim Cuong statues of Doi Son pagoda, currently kept at Doi Son pagoda, Tien Son commune, Duy Tien town and Dieu pagoda stone bell, currently kept at Dieu pagoda, Vu Ban commune, Binh Luc district for Ha Nam province.

The two national relics are Hung Cong Communal House, Hung Cong Commune, Binh Luc District and Quan Pho Communal House, Chuyen Ngoai Commune, Duy Tien Town.

Comrade Truong Quoc Huy, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam province spoke at the ceremony.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Comrade Truong Quoc Huy, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam province emphasized: The Culture and Tourism Week 2025 and the art program with the theme Brilliant Ha Nam are important events, contributing to spreading cultural identity, promoting and attracting tourists and investors to Ha Nam; promoting tourism "Ha Nam - The world's leading cultural destination".

At the same time, raise awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors and people in preserving and promoting national cultural identity and natural resources for tourism development.

This is also an opportunity for Ha Nam to continue expanding tourism development links with other provinces; creating opportunities for travel businesses to learn, expand the market, build attractive tours and routes to introduce to tourists; attract investors to learn, exploit, and invest in tourism development in Ha Nam.

The opening ceremony also included an elaborately staged art program called “Brilliant Ha Nam” with the participation of many famous artists and a high-altitude fireworks display, bringing a feast of colors, sounds, and lights, rich in emotion to a large audience.

The song "You are the belief in victory" is performed by Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, Meritorious Artist Viet Hoan and singer Le Anh Dung.

This is a typical cultural event to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day; International Labor Day 1/5; 71st anniversary of the historic Dien Bien Phu Victory; 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh.
