The “Good Worker” movement attracted over 90% of employees and workers to participate with more than 100 technical innovation initiatives and scientific topics applied to practice, contributing to reducing labor, improving production efficiency, and generating tens of billions of VND in profits for businesses. Many typical units such as the Trade Union of SUNHOUSE Vietnam Co., Ltd., TOMECO An Khang Joint Stock Company, Thai Minh High-Tech Joint Stock Company... have built a green - clean - beautiful working environment, effectively organizing 5S movements and corporate culture.
In 2025, the whole district had 41 workers recognized as "Excellent Workers" at the district level; 3 outstanding individuals were commended by the Hanoi City Labor Federation.
Along with that, the emulation movement "Good Teaching - Good Learning" in the Education Trade Union has been maintained, innovating content and methods, creating a dynamic and creative pedagogical environment. At the conference, the Quoc Oai District Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 19 collectives and 25 union members with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement of the 2024-2025 school year. The Hanoi City Labor Federation awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag to 1 collective, Certificates of Merit to 3 collectives and 7 individuals. The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor proposed to award Certificates of Merit to 1 collective and 3 individuals.
