Accordingly, the price range of average retail electricity price (excluding value added tax) is as follows:

When there are major fluctuations in the parameters for calculating the price framework, electricity production and business costs, and requirements for allocating costs not included in the average retail electricity price, the Ministry of Industry and Trade is responsible for calculating and adjusting the price framework of the average retail electricity price, and submitting it to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision.

VCCI: Should maintain the mechanism of electricity price adjustment every 3 months . According to VCCI, the regulation of changing electricity price every 3 months should be maintained, instead of shortening it to 2 months as proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, to match the time of data synthesis of the electricity industry.
