Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Truong My Hoa stated that after 10 years of operation, from 1999 to 2009, the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund's Executive Board has set its operational goals for the new phase, contributing to the long-term and sustainable development of human resources for disadvantaged areas, islands, and border regions of the country. In addition to providing annual scholarships, the Fund is implementing five in-depth investment projects: Nurturing Future Talents, Fulfilling Dreams, Paving the Way to the Future, Lighting Up the Future, and Supporting Students. These projects aim to provide students with access to a good and modern learning environment. Through these projects, students can develop physically, intellectually, and practically, and receive comprehensive, long-term training to become potential resources for their communities in the future.

Ms. Nguyen Pham Duy Trang believes that 15 years is not a very long time, but it has been enough for the Fund to affirm the prestige, quality, and widespread impact of its five projects that have been invested in in depth. From the initial steps filled with difficulties and challenges, the projects have now achieved many positive results, contributing actively to the training and development of young human resources for ethnic minority areas, especially in remote and disadvantaged areas inhabited by indigenous people. This is the result of perseverance, dedication, effort, and hard work in discovering and training young citizens with knowledge and capabilities. The journey of giving will continue, passing on faith, love, and inspiration to today's generation to follow in the footsteps of their ancestors, contributing to building and protecting the Fatherland.
