General Nguyen Trong Nghia affirmed that all officers and soldiers of the army are absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland, and the people; and are determined to build a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern army.
President Luong Cuong highly appreciated the important contributions of the Vietnam People's Army to the cause of national construction and defense; especially acknowledging the Army's role in supporting the people in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters such as storms and floods; and expressed confidence that the Army will continue to uphold its heroic traditions, maintain its core role in consolidating national defense, and firmly protect the Fatherland.
During a visit to congratulate Comrade Trinh Van Quyet, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party and Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, General Nguyen Trong Nghia, on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, extended congratulations and expressed appreciation for the close cooperation and attention of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department in military and national defense work.
He affirmed that the General Political Department and the entire army have always thoroughly grasped the Party's guidelines and viewpoints, and have done a good job in political and ideological propaganda and education.
