In his opening remarks, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Hieu urged the fishermen to uphold a sense of responsibility, actively study and research to acquire necessary knowledge and skills, contributing to improved efficiency in their offshore fishing activities.
In addition to scheduled training, fishermen can proactively discuss difficulties, obstacles, and practical experiences encountered during offshore fishing with officers and instructors. This allows them to discuss and learn from each other in handling complex situations, improving their ability to coordinate and perform tasks when incidents occur at sea.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Hieu requested that the teaching staff strictly adhere to the approved content, program, and plan; ensuring that training time is rigorous, serious, and in accordance with regulations. The focus is on guiding officers and fishermen to improve their awareness of law compliance, contributing to maintaining sovereignty and security of the sea and islands in the new situation.
