In addition, the contractor aims to complete excavation and filling of all kinds of soil and rock: 935,794 m 3 ; bored piles: 392 piles/6,205 md; casting reinforced concrete beams: 43 ck; installing reinforced concrete beams: 15 ck; concrete of all kinds (piers, bridge piers): 13,382 m 3 ; steel of all kinds (piers, bridge piers): 1,818 tons... Along with that, strictly comply with the regulations of the project and locality; ensure good labor safety, absolute safety for construction vehicles and machinery; absolute safety in fire and explosion prevention; disease prevention; take good care of workers' lives...
Package XL 03, construction and installation of Hoa Son bridge and other roadbed, road surface and works on the section from Km 40+750-Km 50+260 of the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau expressway project, section from Km 19+00 to Km 53+00, with Truong Son Construction Corporation as the contractor. This is the package assessed as the most difficult, complicated and especially important on the route. However, with great determination, contractors have focused all their resources on vehicles and human resources, and are expected to complete the package before December 22, contributing to speeding up the progress of the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau expressway project.
Colonel Tran Ngoc Tuan, Director of Truong Son 9 Management Board, said: The organizing board directs and directs the construction fiercely every day, closely follows the construction site, and flexibly regulates the construction progress according to the time frames agreed upon by the investor. Along with that, it is necessary to promote the work of preparing completion records, quality management records, removing difficulties and obstacles regarding construction sites, service roads approaching the route; the work of approving additional volumes of construction drawings and design, arising volumes; the work of acceptance and payment to promptly have capital for contractors to speed up progress.
Not only that, the Truong Son 9 Executive Board has required construction units to closely follow the set goals, thoroughly understand and deploy in detail to teams and groups, develop specific production plans, regularly evaluate implementation progress to have adjustment measures, propose solutions to remove difficulties in the implementation process, especially bridge construction units.
Review and re-establish the entire construction schedule, focusing on accelerating the implementation of large-volume items with high disbursement potential such as the column base items, I33 beam production..., to compensate for the slow volume in the third quarter and ensure the registered volume in the fourth quarter. At the same time, mobilize human resources and equipment to ensure construction work on site and payment acceptance.
Comrade Quach Tat Liem, Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee, assessed that the XL 03 package is the most difficult package of the entire project, due to the rugged terrain and complex construction items. With a well-organized spirit and a very scientific technical staff, he believes that the contractor will complete the package in accordance with the Prime Minister's direction. Hopefully, the contractor will apply the "spirit of Phong Chau bridge construction" to the Hoa Binh-Moc Chau expressway project to soon achieve project progress and disbursement progress of the total project.
“There is not much time left to “finish”, with a huge amount of work, and many difficulties in terms of site clearance, unfavorable weather... therefore, contractors need to have great determination, high will, and make efforts to complete the set goals”, Comrade Quach Tat Liem emphasized.
At the recent inspection of the Hoa Binh-Moc Chau expressway project, comrade Quach Tat Liem requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment of the province to coordinate with the People's Committee of Tan Mai commune to speed up the progress of site clearance. Regarding construction infrastructure: Electricity, water, telecommunications... the Hoa Binh Regional Project Management Board was assigned to review and coordinate with relevant units to completely resolve problems and difficulties when implementing the project. During the implementation process, if any difficulties arise, they must promptly report to the departments and branches to seek the opinion of the Provincial People's Committee for direction and resolution.
The Hoa Binh-Moc Chau Expressway Project (section from Km 19+00 to Km 53+00 has a total length of 34 km, of which 31.9 km passes through Phu Tho province and 2.1 km passes through Son La province. Package XL03 has a value of VND 5,300 billion, constructed by Truong Son Construction Corporation, including items: Construction and installation of Hoa Son Bridge, 13 viaducts and items of roadbed, road surface and works on the section Km 40+750-Km 50+260, which will start construction in May 2025.
