Comrade Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance: The Department of Finance has reviewed and reported to the Provincial People's Committee on new resources, driving forces, and capacities for growth, and developed a GRDP growth scenario for the province in 2025; reported to the Provincial People's Council to adjust the GRDP growth target in 2025 to 8% in Resolution No. 457/NQ-HDND dated February 20, 2025. Specifically: The growth rate of gross domestic product (GRDP) in the province reached 8%. GRDP per capita reached 61.8 million VND/person/year. Economic structure: Agriculture, forestry, and fishery accounted for 23%; industry - construction accounted for 29%; services accounted for 42%; product taxes minus product subsidies accounted for 6%. The scale of GRDP reached about 82,789 billion VND. Total social investment capital reached 23,000 billion VND. State budget revenue reached 21,532 billion VND, of which local budget revenue (domestic revenue) reached 4,500 billion VND. Local budget expenditure reached 21,218 billion VND. At the same time, people and cooperatives will increase the area of ​​​​application of science and technology, increasing productivity, output, competitiveness and value of agricultural products.

The industrial and construction sector is expected to increase by 6.6% compared to 2024, of which: The electricity production and distribution sector is expected to maintain the same level as in 2024, with an estimated electricity output of about 13,500 million kWh; the mining industry will increase by 10%; the processing and manufacturing industry will increase by 2% compared to 2024; the construction sector will strive to achieve a high growth rate of about 20.1% on the basis of drastic implementation of solutions to improve the investment and business environment, taking public investment as the leading factor in private investment (public investment capital allocated in 2025 will reach VND 6,301 billion, an increase of 44% compared to 2024).
