On November 19, the Binh Duong Young Entrepreneurs Association was officially launched after the merger of four branches Thu Dau Mot, Ben Cat, Bau Bang and Dau Tieng. This is considered an important restructuring step of the Southern Young Entrepreneurs Association system, aiming to form a force of young entrepreneurs with greater scale, connectivity and influence in the context of economic fluctuations.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Young Entrepreneurs Association, the merger takes place at a time when the city is promoting a strategy to transform its growth model, expand regional connectivity and attract high-quality investment. The establishment of the new Association is expected to become a fulcrum for connecting businesses, promoting innovation and enhancing the competitiveness of young entrepreneurs in the area.
Within the framework of the program, the Ho Chi Minh City Young Entrepreneurs Association awarded the decision to recognize the new Executive Board, consisting of 15 members. In which, Mr. Nguyen The Duy, Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Young Entrepreneurs Association, was trusted to hold the position of Chairman of the Binh Duong Branch.
Sharing at the launching ceremony, Chairman of Binh Duong Branch Nguyen The Duy said that the establishment of Binh Duong Branch is not simply a merger of old branches but an opportunity for the young business community to pool strength, experience and prestige, thereby creating a stronger, more cohesive collective with a long-term vision.
Mr. Duy also pointed out the major challenges that businesses are facing in the context of global economic fluctuations, shifting supply chains and high demands for digital transformation and sustainable development. Young businesses cannot stand outside of innovation, but must become pioneers in digital transformation, in expanding regional cooperation and in building new standards in the modern business environment.
In the new term, the Chairman of Binh Duong Branch will focus on consolidating the apparatus in a streamlined and professional manner, expanding the trade network with branches and business associations in the Southern region, and promoting management and technology training programs to improve the competitiveness of members.
Another focus is to strengthen social responsibility activities, support young entrepreneurs and build the image of young entrepreneurs who are brave, civilized and rich in community values.
