From November 19 to 22, authorities discovered 7 new landslides on the pass, passing through Nam Khanh Vinh commune. In addition, 3 landslides that occurred from November 16 to now have not been resolved due to complicated weather conditions.
In many places, rocks and soil covered the road surface; some sections of the road surface had large cracks. At Km36+600 to Km36+700, subsidence completely cut off the pass.

The Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Province also recommends that people proactively monitor official announcements from authorities to ensure safety when traveling.
