This year's journey focuses on digital transformation of healthcare and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in voluntary medical examination and treatment activities. The teams are tasked with propagating and guiding people to screen for diseases on the online platform of the Vietnam Young Physicians Association, screening diseases using AI on the page: http://khoemanh.net.

At the same time, the examination teams will deploy installation and consultation via the app for people in need of remote health care, organize the construction of electronic medical records, conduct research to collect people's opinions to assess health status and conduct remote health monitoring and care for people.

This year's journey is expected to take place nationwide from May to November 2025, with 4 teams: Volunteer examination; Digital healthcare transformation; Disease screening; Mobilizing blood, tissue, and organ donation.

It is expected that 20,000 young doctors will participate in the journey both in person and online; provide direct consultation and medical examination for about 100,000 people; screen for diseases via AI platform for 1,000,000 people; provide consultation on knowledge to recognize chronic diseases, mental illnesses, reproductive health, pre-marital for 1,000,000 young people...

The journey also aims to support 20,000 grassroots healthcare workers with training and education in using AI in healthcare activities; build a BigData registration model and a national disease model, aiming to build AI for medical examination and treatment activities.

In particular, during this journey, at least 1,000 people, patients and children in difficult circumstances received financial support or free medical services such as CT scans.

Also within the framework of the program. The Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Physicians Association organized a ceremony to honor 10 outstanding young Vietnamese physicians and 10 promising young physicians with outstanding achievements, especially in digital transformation of healthcare and pioneering in science, technology and innovation in the period 2023 - 2024.
