The Cultural Festival of ethnic groups with a population of less than 10,000 people is held to honor and promote the cultural values of ethnic minorities; contribute to educating the tradition of patriotism, national pride, strengthening the strength of the great solidarity of ethnic groups; promote the efforts of each individual to strive to rise up with the aspirations and determination to build the homeland to be increasingly rich, civilized, polite, and an ideal destination for domestic and international tourists.

Within the framework of the Cultural Festival of ethnic groups with a population of less than 10,000 people, many meaningful activities took place to introduce and promote to domestic and international friends the cultural identity of the community of 54 ethnic groups.
