With 4 female staff holding senior leadership positions and 955 female branch managers, Agribank has shown its respect and created conditions for the development of the female workforce.

Their bravery is also clearly demonstrated in the way they treat customers, resolve arising situations, and especially their honesty and dedication to work. They are examples of returning excess money worth billions of dong. During the period 2020 - 2025, many female cashiers returned excess money to customers in large quantities, typically: Nguyen Thi Kim Cuc (Binh Thuan Branch): 784 items, total amount of 2,016 million VND; Doan Tuyet Lan (Hai Duong Branch): 726 items, total amount of 1,246 million VND; Nguyen Thi Huong (Hai Duong Branch): 581 items, total amount of 1,360 million VND; Mai Thi Yen Nhi ( Binh Duong Branch): 307 items, total amount of 1,882 million VND; Tran Thi Thuy (Binh Duong Branch): 310 items, total amount of 1,028 million VND... These numbers demonstrate the dedication and responsibility of Agribank staff, contributing to building the image of a friendly, transparent and reputable bank in the hearts of customers.

Of which, the proportion of female staff with university degrees or higher accounts for more than 70%, and over 10% hold leadership roles at the department level or higher. That movement has brought about results, many female union members and employees have been honored to receive noble awards from the Party, the State, and the State Bank with 06 Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister; 1,438 Certificates of Merit from the Governor; 257 Emulation Fighters at the industry level; 8,631 Emulation Fighters at the grassroots level; 40 Certificates of Merit from the General Confederation; 585 Certificates of Merit from NHVN Trade Union and thousands of female employees were awarded Certificates of Merit and other titles and forms of emulation and rewards by Agribank Trade Union in the 5 years from 2020 to 2025.
