Sharing about her first time on air, runner-up Phuong Anh admitted that she was quite nervous and happy to receive positive feedback from the audience. "Becoming an MC is one of my goals. The fulfilling life and impressive achievements of the runner-up who quit her job as a TV editor at VTV

Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh (born in 1998) received the attention of the beauty-loving community when she won the 1st Runner-up prize at Miss Vietnam 2020. Previously, she was crowned Miss Ao Dai Vietnam 2015.

In addition to her beautiful appearance and height of 1.77m, Phuong Anh also has an impressive academic record, and is called by many as the "Excellent Student Runner-up" when she was the valedictorian of the bilingual block of Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted. In addition, she won first prize in the French Olympics in 2013 and 2014; first prize in the City-level Excellent Student Competition in French in 2014; and third prize in the National Excellent Student Competition in French in 2016. Phuong Anh has an IELTS 8.0 (English) and DALF C1 (French, equivalent to IELTS 8.0).

In March 2021, runner-up Phuong Anh graduated as valedictorian of the Information Management Systems major at RMIT University with a GPA of 3.5/4.0, ranking in the Top 15% of students with the highest graduation scores in the major ever. In April 2024, the beauty born in 1998 said that she had officially become a new Master of Global Trade after nearly 2 years of studying at this school.

Sharing with PV Dan Viet about her plans after graduating with a Master's degree, runner-up Phuong Anh said she wants to become a university lecturer. The beauty born in 1998 said she never set a goal of getting married, having a house, having a Master's degree at the age of 26... but has achieved all of them. Therefore, runner-up Phuong Anh is grateful and cherishes her current life.
