Supercomputer predicts Premier League scenario for 2025-26 season

(Dan Tri) - According to predictions from the supercomputer Opta, Liverpool is the number one candidate for the 2025-26 Premier League championship. Meanwhile, Man Utd and Tottenham Hospur are predicted to continue to disappoint like last season.

The next positions in the list of championship candidates belong to Chelsea (8.4%), Aston Villa and Newcastle (both 5.1%). The results of this analysis show that the top race will be fierce, but the possibility of winning the championship of the remaining teams is not high.

The surprise in this year's prediction results is that the two giants Man Utd and Tottenham continue to be underestimated ahead of the new season. This is the result of last season's disappointing performance, when the "Red Devils" only ranked 15th and Tottenham ranked 17th overall.
