In the first quarter of 2024, Nam Sach district received 107 citizens with 131 people (a decrease of 13 visits and 4 people compared to the same period in 2023). Notably, there were a total of 80 complaints and denunciations under the authority of the commune level, an increase of 39 petitions, nearly double compared to the same period in 2023. The petitions were mainly in the field of land. To date, 23 petitions have been resolved, 57 petitions are being resolved.

According to the assessment of the People's Committee of Nam Sach district, the work of receiving, classifying and handling petitions at the commune level still has some cases that are not accurate, the quality of handling some cases does not ensure the order and procedures. At the same time, the progress of handling some cases of the district and some communes is still slow.
