Hanoi Department of Education and Training informs about the grading scale of Physics subject for 10th grade specialized subjects

On the afternoon of June 12, after finishing Physics - the final subject of the entrance exam for specialized grade 10 of specialized high schools and high schools with specialized classes for the 2023-2024 school year in Hanoi, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training proactively worked with the Exam Council to review the exam preparation work and related tasks.

According to the report of the Examination Council, in the Physics exam, due to an error in the drafting stage, the score of 3.0 was mistakenly recorded as 2.5 points for question IV. Thus, the score scale for each question of the Physics exam is: Question I is 1.5 points; Question II is 2.0 points; Question III is 2.5 points; Question IV is 3.0 points and Question V is 1.0 point. The total score for the entire test is 10.0 points.

The exam council also confirmed that the marking instructions for question IV still guarantee 3.0 points. The total score of the questions in the exam is 10.0 points. According to the plan, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training will announce the answers and specific score tables for the subjects of the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2023-2024 school year on June 14.
