The school also equipped 25 computers at TV and deployed a personal account system for students. Up to now, Digital TV has about 900 login accounts that are being used effectively. Ms. Tran Minh Thu - TV staff of Tran Van Giau High School for the Gifted, said: "Students and teachers can access Digital TV anytime, anywhere via computer or smartphone to search for books and learning materials. With just a smartphone, after scanning the QR code, readers can choose their favorite books to read.
In addition, the school also organizes many activities related to reading culture, notably the "Books Connecting the Community" Contest. Through online voting, students share their favorite books by taking photos with the books, writing summaries of the content and expressing their feelings about the meaning of the books to themselves. This is an opportunity for students to practice their thinking skills, presentation skills and spread their love for books in the community.
Highlights in developing a reading culture in TV stations and schools create a spread of love for books and encourage lifelong learning. Thereby, contributing to making reading culture an indispensable part of life, improving the quality of education and developing the personality of the young generation./.
