Summary of Decree No. 131/2021 of the Government on incentives for people with meritorious services

This afternoon (December 25), the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ha Tinh held a conference to review Decree No. 131, dated December 30, 2021 of the Government, on incentives for people with revolutionary contributions.

Conference overview

Implementing Decree 131/2021 of the Government on preferential treatment for people with revolutionary contributions, the province has organized 84 training courses for over 13,600 people who are policy officials at all levels; commune-level mass organizations and secretaries, village heads, and heads of residential groups throughout the province.

Delegates attending the conference

In particular, from 2022 to present, Ha Tinh has confirmed 132 new subjects; resolved the regime for over 21,000 cases; organized centralized nursing for nearly 9,000 subjects with meritorious services, home nursing for more than 29,100 subjects with meritorious services with a total cost of nearly 46.4 billion VND; 100% of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers are supported and cared for by agencies and units.

At the conference, delegates analyzed and clarified difficulties and problems, and proposed and recommended amendments and supplements to a number of contents regarding documents, procedures, regulations, and policies, and added beneficiaries of the policy.
