Reporting at the conference, the Provincial Military Command said that over the past 5 years, the emulation movement “The Army Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho’s teachings” has ensured good logistics for training tasks, combat readiness, exercises, ensuring logistics in defense areas, natural disaster prevention, and search and rescue of the provincial armed forces. All goals, targets, and tasks set by the movement have been achieved and exceeded.

The emulation movement "Building and managing regular, green, clean, and beautiful barracks" is maintained and promoted to develop extensively and sustainably, promoting internal resources, proactively exploiting funding sources to build and consolidate barracks, purchase equipment; strictly managing, preserving, and using logistics materials and gasoline, building a strong and comprehensive logistics and technical sector.

Units under the Provincial Military Command have also promoted the application of information technology and digital transformation in management and logistics activities. Many district-level Military Commands have advised localities to allocate land and invest in building logistics bases, production areas, and barracks, contributing to improving the material life of officers, soldiers, and militia and self-defense forces, notably in Tanh Linh and Duc Linh districts, and Phan Thiet city.
At the conference, representatives of the units reported on effective models and solutions in emulation, clarified the results, achievements and limitations, and drew lessons. At the same time, they proposed policies and solutions to implement the emulation movement in the coming time, especially after the dissolution of the district level and the merger of administrative units at the commune and provincial levels.
In recognition of the achievements and results, the Provincial Military Command has awarded 8 collectives and 11 individuals over 5 years of implementing the emulation movement "The military logistics sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" for the period 2020-2025.
