The Department of Finance is organizing the 2025 Sports Tournament for Emulation Bloc No. 4.

On the morning of December 13, 2025, the Department of Finance (the leading unit of the bloc) held the opening ceremony for the dissolution of Emulation Bloc No. 4 in 2025. Attending the program were representatives from the leadership of the units within the bloc; heads and deputy heads of departments and units within the bloc; and over 100 athletes from 6 participating units. Representing the Department of Finance were Mr. Le Tuan Anh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department, and other members of the Department's leadership team, heads and deputy heads of departments and units under the Department, and all civil servants, employees, and workers of the Department.

The sports competition took place over two days, featuring three events: Pickleball (leadership category and amateur category), mixed volleyball (men's and women's), and tug-of-war ( men's and women's). After two days of competition, conducted in a spirit of solidarity, honesty, and sportsmanship, the matches were lively and exciting, leaving many positive impressions on the officials, civil servants, and employees of the units within the Bloc. The Organizing Committee awarded 25 first, second, and third prizes, as well as gold, silver, and bronze medals to the winning athletes (including 6 first prizes, 6 second prizes, and 13 third prizes), specifically: - Pickleball: Leadership category (men's doubles), first prize went to the Department of Foreign Affairs; second prize went to the Provincial People's Committee Office; and joint third prizes went to the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council, the Department of Finance, and the Department of Internal Affairs. For the women's doubles amateur category: first prize went to the Provincial People's Committee Office; Second place went to the Provincial People's Committee Office; third place went to the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Internal Affairs. In the men's and women's doubles category: First place went to the Provincial People's Committee Office, second place to the Provincial People's Committee Office; and third place was shared by the Department of Finance and the Provincial People's Committee Office. In the men's doubles category: First place went to the Department of Finance, second place to the Provincial People's Committee Office; and third place was shared by the Provincial People's Committee Office and the Department of Internal Affairs. - Volleyball: First place went to the Department of Finance, second place to the Provincial People's Committee Office; and third place was shared by the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religion. - Tug-of-war: First place went to the Department of Finance, second place to the Provincial People's Committee Office; and third place was shared by the Provincial People's Committee Office and the Department of Internal Affairs.
