Conference summarizing emulation and reward work in 2025, signing emulation agreement for 2026.

On the afternoon of December 12, 2025, at the meeting hall on the 8th floor of the Department of Finance, the Department of Finance, as the leading unit of Emulation Bloc No. 4 in 2025, held a conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2025 and sign an emulation agreement for 2026. Attending the conference were leaders of the units, the Chief of Office, and civil servants working on emulation and reward in the units within the bloc, including: the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation - Provincial People's Council; the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Department of Internal Affairs, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, and specialists monitoring emulation and reward work of the Bloc. Representing the Department of Finance was Mr. Le Tuan Anh, Director of the Department and Member of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council.

The conference heard reports summarizing the emulation and reward work in 2025; tasks and priorities for 2026; and the review and nomination of candidates for the Provincial People's Committee to award the Emulation Flag and Certificates of Merit. The results showed that the Department of Internal Affairs was nominated for the Emulation Flag; and the Departments of the Provincial People's Committee Office and the Department of Finance were nominated for Certificates of Merit.

At the Conference, Emulation Bloc No. 4 elected its Bloc Leader and Deputy Bloc Leader for 2026. The results are as follows: the Department of Internal Affairs is elected as Bloc Leader for 2026, and the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions is elected as Deputy Bloc Leader. On behalf of the Bloc Leader unit for 2026, the Director of the Department of Internal Affairs launched the 2026 emulation campaign, and the units within the Bloc signed an emulation agreement for 2026.
