Organizing training courses on state asset valuation helps civil servants and officials of agencies, units, communes, and wards to master legal knowledge, procedures, methods, and professional skills in the field of asset valuation according to state regulations; strengthens the capacity to assess asset values for state management purposes such as: determining the value of public assets, valuing enterprises, compensation - land clearance, auctions, and public procurement; meets the requirements for standards and certificates to be granted a Valuation Appraiser Card or to be assigned tasks in state asset valuation; reduces errors and negative practices, ensuring that the valuation of state assets is accurate, objective, and consistent with market prices. After the training course, civil servants and officials will understand the legal regulations on prices and valuation; master the procedures, methods, and standards of asset valuation (according to the Vietnamese Valuation Standards) and be able to prepare, analyze, and appraise asset valuation reports. After completing the course, civil servants and public employees can apply their knowledge to practice, contributing to improving the efficiency of public asset and state budget utilization and supporting the decision-making process of management agencies.
