Training and introduction to the Experience Portal for households and individual businesses filing tax returns.

On December 12th, the Tax Department held an online training conference to introduce the Experience Portal for household and individual businesses, and to review the implementation of the Project and Plan for converting the model from lump-sum tax to declaration tax.

The conference was held online, connecting the Provincial Tax Department's main location to 34 provincial and city tax offices and over 350 local tax offices. Attending the conference at the Quang Ninh Provincial Tax Office were the provincial tax leaders, representatives and officials from relevant specialized departments, and representatives from a number of businesses in the area who were invited to attend according to regulations.

The State Tax Public Service Portal is for households and individual businesses.

At the conference, delegates were introduced to and guided on how to use the Experience Portal for household and individual businesses (at the State Tax Public Service Portal: https://dichvucong-uat.gdt.gov.vn/tthc-trainghiem/trai-nghiem-nsd).

The platform helps taxpayers familiarize themselves with and practice filing tax returns on the system using simulated data, thereby supporting the transition from the lump-sum tax method to the declaration-based tax method according to the tax authority's roadmap.

Quang Ninh Provincial Tax Department is determined to implement a comprehensive set of tax management solutions in a modern and transparent manner.

The conference also focused on reviewing and evaluating the results of the implementation of Project 3389 "Transforming the model and methods of tax management for business households when abolishing lump-sum tax", Plan 3352 "60-day intensive campaign to transform the model from lump-sum tax to declaration for business households" and related directives on tax management for business households; and simultaneously exchanging and discussing difficulties and obstacles arising in practice and proposing solutions for effective implementation in the future.

Through this conference, the Quang Ninh Provincial Tax Department reaffirmed its determination to comprehensively implement tax management solutions in a modern and transparent manner, creating favorable conditions for households and individuals engaged in business to gradually access and implement tax declaration methods according to the new regulations.
