3. Standards and conditions for registration

3.1. People who meet the following conditions, regardless of ethnicity, gender, social status, belief, or religion, can register to apply for civil service recruitment:

a) Have Vietnamese nationality and reside in Vietnam.

b) 18 years of age or older.

c) Have a clear application form and background.

d) Have good political and moral qualities.

e) Be physically fit to perform the duties.

g) Have a professional degree appropriate to the job position being recruited.

3.2. The following persons are not allowed to register for civil service recruitment:

a) Loss of civil act capacity or limited civil act capacity;

b) Being prosecuted for criminal liability; serving a criminal sentence or decision of the Court without having the criminal record cleared; being subject to administrative measures such as being sent to a compulsory drug rehabilitation facility, compulsoryeducation facility, or reformatory school.

- Form: Recruitment of civil servants is conducted in 2 rounds as follows:

+ Round 1: Check the application conditions on the Application Form according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited. If the requirements are met, the applicant will be allowed to participate in round 2.

+ Round 2: Interview

- Content: Test knowledge and professional skills of candidates according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited.
