That is a batch of Hanayuki Conditioner - 300 gram bottle. The organization responsible for bringing the product to market is VB Group Trading and Service Company Limited (Ward 14, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City); EBC Dong Nai Medical Factory Joint Stock Company (Road No. 6, Giang Dien Industrial Park, Giang Dien Commune, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province) produces.

The reason for the recall is that the test sample contains 2-phenoxyethanol, which is not included in the product formula that has been granted a cosmetic product declaration receipt number.

Also in this document, the Department of Health requested to temporarily suspend the production activities of EBC Dong Nai Medical Factory Joint Stock Company. The reason is that out of 8 product samples that VB Group Trading and Service Company Limited is responsible for bringing to the market, EBC Dong Nai Medical Factory Joint Stock Company produced 3 consecutive samples that did not meet quality standards.

Dong Nai Department of Health requests EBC Dong Nai Medical Factory Joint Stock Company to urgently recall the above product batch and previously announced batches, report the results of the recall and destroy the violating product batches to Dong Nai Department of Health before June 3, 2025.

So far, the authorities have requested the suspension of circulation, recall and handling of violations of 3 cosmetic products manufactured by EBC Dong Nai Medical Factory Joint Stock Company and VB Group Trading and Service Company Limited responsible for bringing the products to the market. These are Hanayuki Shampoo, Hanayuki Sunscreen Body and Hanayuki Conditioner.
