16 contractors signed a commitment to complete the technical opening of Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway and Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City before December 19, 2025.

At the conference, leaders of Truong Son Construction Corporation, Joint Stock Company 471, representing contractors of the two projects committed to the Provincial People's Committee to complete the construction packages of the projects to open to technical traffic before December 19, 2025.

To fulfill this commitment, contractors will focus on mobilizing machinery, equipment, human resources and increasing construction work in 3 shifts and 4 teams to speed up the progress of the projects. At the same time, contractors also hope that the province will continue to support and quickly complete the relocation of technical infrastructure systems, and supply sources of earth and construction materials to serve the construction of the projects.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Xuan Dung requested that contractors who have committed to complete and make efforts to carry out the technical traffic opening target for Component Project 1, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project and Component Project 3, Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City Project before December 19, 2025. The construction process must ensure safety, quality and especially not affect the lives of people around the construction areas of the projects.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc said that in order to serve the connection with Long Thanh International Airport, the National Assembly has approved the investment policy for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway and Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City projects. In particular, Dong Nai province is assigned to implement 2 component projects. Implementing the direction of the Prime Minister, Dong Nai province organized a conference to sign commitments with contractors to achieve the goal of completing the technical traffic of the 2 projects before December 19, 2025.

With these two projects, Dong Nai has basically completed the site clearance work, removing difficulties and obstacles in construction materials. Therefore, the current task is for the investor and contractors to speed up construction, make up for the delayed progress and complete the signed commitment goals.

“Contractors must strictly fulfill their commitment to complete the technical traffic of the two projects before December 19, 2025. Units must immediately begin implementing the committed contents,” emphasized Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc.

According to the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, the investor of the two projects, up to now, for Component Project 1, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project, the total implementation value has reached VND800 billion, reaching 32% of the contract value, 30% behind the plan according to the Resolution of the National Assembly. Meanwhile, the total implementation value of Component Project 3, Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City Project has reached more than VND700 billion, reaching 36% of the contract value and about 6% behind the plan.
