Waste Audit Campaign

Recently, the College of Mechanical Engineering and Irrigation (Trang Bom district) launched a Waste Audit Campaign and developed an action plan to reduce plastic waste in 2025.

Accordingly, students are provided with fundamental and in-depth knowledge about waste auditing, the benefits of waste auditing, waste auditing methods, waste auditing procedures, and methods for collecting, classifying, and evaluating waste. Students also participate in activities such as: creating recycled products from waste; fermenting biological pesticides from pineapple peels, waste sorting, and environmental knowledge challenges...

The Waste Audit Campaign and the development of an action plan to reduce plastic waste not only aim to minimize the amount of waste generated on campus, but also lay the foundation for the formation and spread of an ecological, environmentally friendly lifestyle to all staff, faculty, and students of the school.
