LANG SON PROVINCE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH ORGANIZES A PROGRAM TO VISIT, GIVE GIFTS AND CELEBRATE THE MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL IN 2025

Implementing Program No. 87/CTr-UBND dated September 30, 2025 of the People's Committee of Lang Son province to visit, give gifts and attend the Mid-Autumn Festival with children in 2025, aiming to bring children in special circumstances a warm and meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival. On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee established 07 working delegations, including leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and leaders of Departments and branches participating in the delegation, directly visiting and encouraging children at Chien Thang Primary School, Chien Thang Commune; Thach Dan Primary School, Cao Loc Commune; Vinh Son Shelter of Love, That Khe Commune; Loc Binh Hope Center, Loc Binh Commune; Van Quan Primary School 1, Van Quan Commune; Lang Son Hope Center, Huu Lung Commune; Provincial Comprehensive Social Protection Facility.

At the destinations, the working groups kindly visited and presented hundreds of meaningful Mid-Autumn gifts from the Lang Son Provincial Children's Fund to children in special circumstances, children from poor households, near-poor households, and policy families. The comrades in the working group were very happy to participate in the program, contributing to bringing joy and happiness to the children.

Accordingly, on the morning of October 6, 2025, the provincial working delegation led by comrade Nguyen The Toan - Director of the Department of Health , as Head of the delegation , also attended by representatives of the Department of Education and Training ; The Women's Union, the Provincial Red Cross and representatives of the People's Committee of Tam Thanh Ward visited, presented gifts and attended the "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival" program with children in special circumstances being cared for at the Provincial Social Protection Facility. Speaking at the program, the comrade emphasized: "Caring for and looking after children is not only the responsibility of each family, but also a common task of the whole society. The Health sector will continue to accompany and implement many charitable activities towards children, the disadvantaged and the community in society " . Here, the delegation presented gifts from the Provincial Children's Protection Fund to the Facility and children. Also in the program, the children participated in traditional recreational activities such as buying lion dances, singing, and carrying lanterns to create a vibrant, joyful and warm Mid-Autumn Festival atmosphere.
