Responding to the contest "Creating communication products about smoke-free environment"

In order to promote the propaganda work on preventing and combating the harmful effects of tobacco and raise awareness among health workers as well as the community about the benefits of a smoke-free environment, the Central Center for Health Communication and Education (Ministry of Health) in collaboration with the Tobacco Harm Prevention Fund launched the "Composing communication products on smoke-free environments" contest nationwide.

Responding to this movement, Lang Son Provincial Center for Disease Control calls on all cadres, civil servants and employees in the unit to actively participate in creating communication products with strong messages, contributing to spreading a healthy lifestyle and building a smoke-free working and living environment.

Purpose and meaning of the contest

The contest is organized to disseminate the Party's policies and guidelines and the State's laws and policies on preventing and combating the harmful effects of tobacco, helping people better understand related regulations, especially the Law on Prevention and Combating the Harmful Effects of Tobacco.

Through creative communication products, the contest contributes to raising awareness and social responsibility, encouraging each individual to take positive actions to protect their own health and the community.

Subjects and forms of participation

The contest is for officials and employees working at the Centers for Disease Control nationwide. Participants can participate individually or in groups.

The contest products include two main categories:

- Media video clip (duration from 30 seconds to 2 minutes, MP4/MOV/AVI format, minimum resolution Full HD 1080p);

- Media poster (digital or hand-drawn design, A3 or A2 size, minimum resolution 300 DPI, JPG/PNG/PDF format)

The content of the works must clearly reflect the theme of implementing the Law on Prevention and Control of Tobacco Harms, smoke-free environments in workplaces, schools, hospitals, public transport and other public spaces.

Deadline for submissions: Until November 20, 2025.
