The Military Region 5 Exercise Steering Committee assessed that the exercise achieved its goals and requirements in all three phases: Transition to combat readiness, organizing combat preparation, and practicing combat.

With the theme “Infantry Division Attacks Mobile Enemy”, the exercise places high demands on operational capabilities, coordinated command, flexibility in handling complex combat situations, and close to the realities of the modern battlefield. The participating agencies and units have thoroughly grasped the intention of the exercise, organized thorough preparations, operated according to the correct procedures, implemented the regulations on combat staff work, and ensured principles in all situations.

The highlight of the exercise was that the conferences in each stage of the exercise were conducted closely and concisely, promoting collective intelligence, proposing policies that closely matched the situation on the map and in the field. The determination to fight was clearly defined; the coordination plan, the organization of logistics and technical support were built specifically and feasible. The process of communicating orders and combat instructions was carried out coherently and consistently from the Division to the Regiments.

Field reconnaissance, combat coordination organization, safety instructions on the sand table, and handling of tactical situations are organized seriously and scientifically . The training framework at all levels demonstrates initiative in managing and handling the contents of the exercise. Combat documents are drafted fully, in accordance with regulations, ensuring quality, and suitable for combat requirements in modern warfare conditions.

The exercise is an opportunity to comprehensively test and evaluate the quality of training, the level of organization and command, and the ability to coordinate and cooperate between forces. This is also a practical training process, helping officers at all levels in the Division to practice their mettle, improve their thinking capacity, working methods, and combat readiness, meeting the requirements of the task of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation.
