Driver 'performs circus' on the street in Hai Duong, hits 4 people, sends them to hospital

At 4:30 p.m. today (May 19), driver Vu Minh Duc, born in 1997, residing in Quang Trung ward, Hai Duong city, drove car with license plate 34A.628.4X and crashed into many people riding motorbikes and electric bicycles.

Authorities were present at the scene to investigate the accident.

According to the clip recorded by local people, the driver was driving at a fairly high speed in a zigzag pattern, crashing into the motorbike and electric bicycle in front.

Debris from the vehicle was strewn everywhere.

Records at the scene showed a series of motorbikes and electric bicycles lying around, with debris scattered in many places. The car that caused the accident has been taken to the Hai Duong City police station for investigation.

Police and city prosecutors promptly arrived to protect the scene, coordinate the investigation and take the injured to the hospital.

The motorbike was smashed.

According to initial information, the traffic accident left 4 people injured. Among them, 1 student was seriously injured, a 17-year-old person had a broken leg, and 2 adults had soft tissue injuries.
