Sharing the same opinion, Mr. Nguyen Duc (Bac Ninh province) said that even when a collision occurs, drivers need to calmly resolve the situation instead of rushing in to punch or kick.

Regarding the incident, speaking with VietNamNet reporter, representative of Traffic Police Team No. 7 (Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police) said that through the images, there were no signs of a traffic accident leading to arguments and assaults, so this incident belongs to the group of acts of disturbing public order. This act will be verified by the local ward police to clarify the incident.

It is worth mentioning that quarrels and even assaults after traffic collisions often occur. On February 16, the leader of the Bac Tu Liem District Police (Hanoi) informed that the unit is verifying the case of a Mazda 3 driver threatening a bus driver.
