Regarding the above incident, Ms. Doan Thi Lien (born in 1990; residing in Quarter 10, Hai Cang Ward, Quy Nhon City) confirmed that she and her daughter, TBT (born in 2018), were victims of a neighbor couple who cursed and broke into their house to assault them, as shown in the clip posted on social media.

According to Ms. Lien, her family has lived at the above address for nearly 8 years. During their stay, her family was often harassed by the family of Mrs. H. (the person who beat Ms. Lien with a broom in the clip) who lived next door.

"At around 5 p.m. on March 25, I was sitting in front of my house when I saw my daughter running back from outside with a frightened look on her face. A moment later, Mrs. H. ran over with a broom, cursed me, and then rushed in with her husband to beat me and my daughter. Luckily, my daughter was hiding behind a cupboard at that time, so they didn't hit her. The incident only stopped when people around intervened in time," said Ms. Lien.

Also according to Ms. Lien, after the incident, a representative of Hai Cang Ward Police came to work and get information to verify her report about the above incident.

In another development, according to local residents, not long before the incident, TBT was playing alone in front of her house. While wandering past the gate of Mrs. H.'s house, T. picked up a plastic bottle and threw it at it before running away.

"This is probably the reason why Ms. H. cursed and then broke into the house with her husband to assault Ms. Lien and her children" - a local resident commented.

Ms. Lien and her child were playing in front of the house when suddenly Ms. H. came over and cursed and assaulted them.
