On October 30, information from the Dak Lak Department of Education and Training said that the unit had sent a document to Vo Nguyen Giap High School regarding disciplinary action by forcing teacher D.T., who assaulted a colleague in front of many students, to resign.

According to the Dak Lak Department of Education and Training, the incident of disturbing order and intentionally causing injury on school grounds determined that Mr. D.T. used his hand to squeeze the neck of his colleague NTS in front of security guards and students. Mr. T.'s behavior seriously violated the regulations on teachers' ethics and negatively affected the pedagogical environment.

Dak Lak Department of Education and Training said that teacher D.T. is currently serving a disciplinary warning for violating teacher ethics. Previously, teacher T. was also reprimanded. From 2013 to 2025, teacher T. was disciplined 5 times at his work units.

In particular, during the review meeting and disciplinary council meeting, Mr. T. did not write a self-criticism, showed an blatant attitude, laughed and mocked everyone, and lacked a spirit of learning.

Dak Lak Department of Education and Training found that during the time of implementing the disciplinary warning decision, Mr. T's violations were of a very large nature, level, and harmful effect, causing public outrage and seriously violating regulations on teachers' ethics, negatively affecting the image of teachers and the pedagogical environment.

According to a report from Vo Nguyen Giap High School, on October 24, Mr. T. came to the school to ask for another invitation even though he had received it before, decided to temporarily suspend his work, and decided to extend his temporary suspension.

On October 25, the disciplinary council held a meeting to consider disciplining Mr. T., with a number of representatives from the professional group and the office group attending. Mr. T. was present from the beginning until the end of the meeting but did not write a self-criticism. During the disciplinary council meeting, Mr. T. continued to laugh, mock, record, film, and take pictures of everyone, lacking the spirit of learning and challenging the organization.

As Thanh Nien reported, at around 7:10 a.m. on October 3, Mr. NTS reminded Mr. D.T, a math teacher, about parking his motorbike in the wrong place in the school yard.

Instead of cooperating, Mr. T. reacted violently, using threatening words and physically attacking his colleague. Specifically, Mr. T. used his hand to squeeze Mr. S.'s neck twice in front of the school security and several students.

On October 9, the Ministry of Education and Training sent a document requesting the Dak Lak Department of Education and Training to provide a specific report on the case of a teacher assaulting a colleague in front of many students.
