The Party Executive Committee of the commune for the 2025 - 2030 term was introduced to the Congress
Tan Thanh Commune Party Committee has 12 subordinate Party cells and 204 Party members. During the past term, the locality determined that improving the quality of Party cell activities, especially thematic activities according to Instruction 12-HD/BTCTW, is not only a regular political task, but also one of the top criteria to evaluate the quality of grassroots Party organizations and Party members in the entire Party Committee.
To improve the quality of activities, Party cells have proactively innovated the content and methods of activities. In particular, focusing on building Party cell resolutions that are close to the practical situation, creating conditions for Party members to express their opinions and propose solutions to effectively carry out political tasks in the unit. In addition, many solutions have been implemented synchronously, such as: Carefully preparing the content, innovating the form of activities, enhancing the leadership and management role of Party committees and Party cell secretaries; promoting the role and responsibility of Party members, strengthening inspection, supervision and ensuring material conditions for activities. "We require Party cells not to organize activities in a routine and formal way, but to focus on substance, promote the spirit of democracy, encourage Party members to participate in discussions and contribute ideas to the content of activities. This helps the Party's policies to be closer to reality, creating consensus in implementation..." - Secretary of the Party Committee of Tan Thanh Commune, Duong Van Canh, shared.
Not only stopping at ensuring compliance with regulations on form and time, Party cells also focus on improving the quality of content, especially integrating the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style into regular Party cell activities. Thanks to that, the atmosphere of activities becomes lively and open, Party members boldly express their opinions, set good examples; and carry out self-criticism and criticism well with a highly constructive spirit.
A typical example of the change in improving the quality of Party cell activities is the Tan Phu Hamlet Party Cell (22 Party members). This is a Party cell that always strictly follows the principles and rules of operation according to regulations. The organization of thematic activities is effectively integrated with the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo, creating a positive motivation in studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh. "The outstanding and urgent issues among the people, such as: Agricultural production, new rural construction, social security work... are all brought up by the Party cell for discussion, finding solutions to promptly overcome them" - Party cell Secretary, Head of the People's Committee of Tan Phu Hamlet, Duong Phuong Tam said.
Before each meeting, the Party Cell meets to carefully prepare the content, select topics appropriate to the practical situation in its unit, and from there, provide directions that are close to the assigned political tasks. During the meeting, the Party Cell actively commends individuals who have performed their duties as Party members, studied and followed Uncle Ho; and organizes storytelling about Ho Chi Minh's moral example in conjunction with the annual theme. This is a creative way to spread moral values and positive living ideals to each Party member in the Party Cell.
From practical work, the Tan Thanh Commune Party Committee has clearly identified the task of improving the quality of Party cell activities as one of the three important breakthroughs in the 2025 - 2030 term. This content is specified in the action program and work plan for the entire term of the Party Committee. Accordingly, continue to widely implement Instruction 12-HD/BTCTW, closely integrate specialized resolutions on Party building, working regulations of the Party Committee into emulation movements such as "4-good Party Cell", "4-good Party Committee"; strengthen inspection and supervision of Party cell activities; promptly correct and rectify places where implementation is not strict or formal. Each Party cell is encouraged to choose at least 1 topic/year close to the political tasks of its unit to organize specialized activities.
The serious and effective implementation of Instruction 12-HD/BTCTW is a strategic step, demonstrating the initiative and political mettle of the Tan Thanh Commune Party Committee. There, each Party cell is both the core of leadership at the grassroots level and the leading flag in promoting the patriotic emulation movement, contributing to maintaining the people's trust in the Party's leadership.
