Donated 13 tons of rice to the poor in Hoa Binh city

On June 4, at Comple Tuan Anh Company (Tran Hung Dao Street, Hoa Binh City), the Hoa Binh City Red Cross Association coordinated with philanthropists to organize a program to donate rice and necessities to people in difficult circumstances.

This is an annual activity held in the fourth lunar month every year. At the program, nearly 100 people in especially difficult circumstances in Hoa Binh city were given rice and essential goods, helping to ease their difficulties in life.

The total amount of rice donated was 13 tons. Of which, the family of Mr. Quach Cong Lam, the head of the Thac Bo Temple (Thung Nai Commune, Cao Phong District) contributed 10 tons of rice; other benefactors contributed 3 tons of rice, 100 packs of MSG, and 100 kg of sugar.
