On the morning of January 9, 2025, the People's Procuracy of Quoc Oai district coordinated with the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam ( BIDV ) to present bicycles to poor students who have overcome difficulties in the district.
At the ceremony, representatives of the People's Procuracy of Quoc Oai district and BIDV presented a total of 50 bicycles worth 85 million VND to students with difficult circumstances but who have made efforts to excel in their studies. Of these, 15 bicycles were given to students of Can Huu Secondary School, 15 bicycles to Hoa Thach Secondary School and 20 bicycles to Liep Tuyet Secondary School (Liep Nghia commune). Each bicycle is worth 1.7 million VND.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Do Kien Truc, Director of the People's Procuracy of Quoc Oai district, emphasized that giving bicycles to students is a program to encourage students in difficult circumstances, encourage their spirit of learning and progress in life. "We hope that this gift will be a motivation for students to overcome difficulties, strive to study better, and reach their dreams and ambitions. It is also the sharing and companionship of organizations and units with the community, contributing to building a learning and sustainable development society," Mr. Do Kien Truc expressed.
