Strengthening solutions to achieve economic growth targets

On the morning of November 10, comrade Nguyen Khac Toan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the regular meeting of the Provincial People's Committee in November 2025. Also attending were representatives of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial Party Committee. The meeting was held in person combined with online to the bridge points of the People's Committees of communes and wards in the province.

According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, in the first 10 months of 2025, the province's economy continued to grow compared to the same period last year with some main indicators such as: Industrial production index increased by 6.32%; total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue reached 165,160.8 billion VND, up 15.6%; tourism revenue reached 60,318.9 billion VND, up 20.1%; export turnover of goods reached 2,076.2 million USD, up 12.4%. To date, total state budget revenue reached 31,580.8 billion VND, equal to 112.9% of the Central's assigned estimate and increased by 48.5% over the same period last year, of which domestic revenue reached 30,009.2 billion VND, equal to 118.8% of the Central's assigned estimate and increased by 59.8% over the same period last year.

The work of ensuring social security is focused on, implemented fully, promptly, publicly and transparently. The work of preventing and fighting epidemics, caring for and protecting people's health, and preventing and fighting natural disasters is strengthened. The province continues to closely monitor the operations of the local government apparatus at two levels; focuses on removing difficulties; deploys the mobilization, arrangement and assignment of qualified, professional and experienced cadres, civil servants and public employees in areas lacking in the communes, ensuring that public service activities are not interrupted and tasks are not missed.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan requested departments, branches and localities to immediately deploy the plan to implement the Provincial Party Committee's Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; integrate the contents and key tasks to be implemented with Resolution No. 01 of the Provincial Party Committee on double-digit economic growth; closely follow the growth scenario and growth targets assigned by the Provincial People's Committee. Each department, branch and locality must have urgent and feasible practical solutions to complete the sector's growth target and the provincial economic growth target of 8.1% in 2025; promote growth pillars, prioritizing the promotion of industrial and energy pillars.

Chairman of Nam Nha Trang Ward People's Committee Nguyen Van Minh reported on some local work done in October.

In addition, relevant units urgently submit for approval and grant certificates of investors for Ninh Xuan Industrial Park 1, 2 and Ninh Diem 1; organize well the Conference to promote investment in the province's industrial parks; complete site clearance for Ninh Thuy and Doc Da Trang Industrial Parks; continue to attract investment to fill industrial parks and industrial clusters to increase production capacity; soon complete the registration and operation of two solar power plants Phuoc Thai 2 and Phuoc Thai 3 and progress of investment procedures for other energy projects that have been approved by the province.

Comrade Nguyen Khac Toan also requested to increase the disbursement of public investment capital; departments, branches and localities must closely coordinate with investors of works and projects to urgently review, identify and clearly analyze the causes of bottlenecks causing slow construction progress and proactively and flexibly remove them. Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee and Working Groups established by the Provincial People's Committee need to strengthen field inspections, work with investors and contractors to urge the disbursement and construction progress of works; handle the responsibilities of organizations and individuals that affect the progress of works and projects.

In addition, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan directed departments, branches and sectors to focus on implementing breakthrough activities, concretizing resolutions and plans; strictly handling violations of illegal, unreported and unregulated seafood exploitation; effectively implementing tourism stimulus programs at the end of 2025, successfully organizing the Cham Cultural Festival and Digital Technology Festival of Khanh Hoa province. Communes and wards proactively overcome difficulties, handle difficulties and problems according to their authority; departments and sectors regularly closely follow, monitor, coordinate and actively support localities in terms of expertise and profession, guide the handling of arising problems, stabilize the operation of the 2-level local government model...
