(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Responding to the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene (OSH) and Workers' Month 2025, recently, at Thanh Hoa City Power Company, Thanh Hoa Power Company held the Launching Ceremony of OSH Month - Workers' Month 2025, combining with the implementation of inspection and maintenance activities for traffic vehicles for the unit's employees.

The launching ceremony was attended by representatives of the Safety Department, the Company's Youth Union, Nhat Dinh motorbike maintenance and repair company, and all officers and employees of Thanh Hoa City Electricity.

Leaders of the Safety Department of Thanh Hoa Electricity Company presented helmets for use when participating in traffic to Thanh Hoa City Electricity employees.

With the theme “Improving working conditions and reducing the risk of traffic accidents in production”, the launching ceremony aims to raise awareness and responsibility of organizations and individuals in ensuring labor safety, especially in the operation and use of means of transport for work and daily travel.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Company's Safety Department called on the trade union and employees to seriously implement key contents such as: Strengthening the dissemination of legal regulations on traffic safety and labor safety; organizing periodic inspection and maintenance of means of transport (cars, motorbikes, specialized vehicles) to prevent risks and technical incidents that cause unsafety; fully equipping drivers and operators with protective equipment (high-quality helmets); coordinating the organization of training and drills to handle emergency situations related to traffic accidents during work.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, technicians from Nhat Dinh motorbike repair company conducted technical inspections, oil changes, tire maintenance, brakes, lights, horns and other safety components for dozens of vehicles of officers and employees.

This activity not only contributes to raising awareness of traffic law compliance, proactively preventing accidents, protecting the lives and health of workers, but also improves production efficiency and work quality. This is one of the creative, effective and practical ways, closely linked to the needs and desires of workers, accordingly, Thanh Hoa Electricity Company will continue to deploy to all affiliated units.

Workers' Month and Occupational Safety and Health Month are not only an occasion to show gratitude and care for workers, but also an opportunity for all officers and employees to join hands in building a safe, civilized and effective working environment.
