The People's Committees of wards and communes shall inspect garbage points, especially on the main roads and tourist routes of the city. Pay attention to some points on Le Duan, Le Hong Phong, Nguyen Gia Tu, Ton That Tung, Le Dai Hanh, Tran Quy Cap, Nguyen Thong, 2 Xoai Khom - Au Co, Lac Long Quan streets, at the entrances to Tien Thanh and Mui Ne tourist areas, 706B, Hung Vuong, Ho Xuan Huong, Ho Quang Canh, Nguyen Dinh Chieu streets, along Ca Ty river, on Ca Ty river, flood drainage channel, the area around Binh Thuan General Hospital...; focus on handling, cleaning and maintaining cleanliness, not allowing the re-establishment of garbage black spots.
