At the same time, it is an opportunity for managers, teachers; union members, youth, students and Vietnamese students living, studying and working at home and abroad to raise awareness of President Ho Chi Minh; create positive changes in learning, training and teaching activities at educational and training institutions, thereby spreading widely in the social community. On behalf of the Ministry of Education and Training , the Director of the Department of Political Education and Student Affairs commended 90 outstanding students, staff, teachers and youth who surpassed more than 2.1 million candidates to win high prizes in the contest "Youth studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" this year. The 2023 contest will take place from September 11 to November 26 in the form of an online multiple-choice test (from the qualifying round to the final round) on the website: http://hocvalamtheobac.vn, including 3 contest groups. Group A: For high school students (including students from junior high schools, high schools and students from continuing education centers). Group B: For students studying at training institutions and Vietnamese students studying abroad. Group C: For education managers, lecturers, young teachers, union members, and youth (not subject to Group A and Group B, under 35 years old). According to statistics from the Organizing Committee, 63/63 provinces and cities and 562 universities, academies, pedagogical colleges, and vocational colleges participated, with 2,133,658 candidates registering for the contest, including candidates who are studying abroad. The contest went through a qualifying round with 4 weeks of competition and a semi-final round. At the end of the semi-final round, the Organizing Committee selected the contestants with the highest achievements to compete in the national individual ranking final round. As a result, in each group A, B, C, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 6 third prizes and 20 fourth prizes. First prize in group A went to Nguyen Xuan Dat, class 8A3, Chu Van An Secondary School, Tay Ho District, Hanoi City. First prize in group B went to student Nguyen Van Nghia, class B3E, course D46, Department of Investigation Police, People's Police Academy.
